Assisted Living Communities

AmeriCare operates its assisted living communities under the trade name of Silvergate Retirement Residences and Silvergate Suites (www.SilvergateRR.com). Silvergate Retirement Residences offer independent senior living focused on dining services, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation and social activities, and assisted living services focused on supporting the many activities of daily living. Silvergate Suites offer specialized memory care services for persons afflicted with Alzheimer's disease or dementia, or for residents requiring a higher level of assisted living care. The Company intends to grow its assisted living business by acquiring additional similar properties in the Southern California area either by direct ownership or by partnership investment.

Medical Office Buildings

AmeriCare operates its medical office buildings through its wholly owned subsidiary AmeriCare Medical Properties, Inc. (www.AmeriCareMedicalProperties.com). AmeriCare Medical Properties provides complete property management services for these assets including management of day-to-day operations, marketing, leasing, and tenant improvement construction management. The Company intends to grow its medical office business by acquiring additional outpatient medical office properties that are not on hospital campuses and improving their financial performance through successful property management and focused medical marketing. Such acquisitions may be achieved either by direct ownership or by partnership investment.
